The great:
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Spent it with both sides of the family and it was so much fun.
Jodie's family came for Christmas from Kentucky and stayed until the wedding. That meant 2 weeks at my house after New Years. We shopped, parked, zooed, and wiped a lot of noses. It was great.
Jamie came from Colorado for the wedding. It seemed like we only saw her family for 2 seconds but while they were here, Judy and Emma were inseparable. Loved that.
Jimmy's wedding. It was a really beautiful ceremony. It was great to see so many friends and family at the reception too.
The crazy:
For the past 2 weeks someone at my house has had one or more of the following:
boogers
cough
double ear infection
pink eye
fever
no sleep because of all of the kids who had boogerscoughdoubleearinfectionpinkeyeandafever.
Ted had multiple symptoms, including viral pink-eye (no meds to get rid of it) which resulted in him looking like he had the plague at all of the wedding functions. That definitely wasn't my favorite part.
This is one of the only pictures I took of the past month. You'd think that getting a new camera for Christmas would have increased the likelihood of me taking a picture. Apparently not.
It feels good to get back to a normal routine but we sure miss all of the cousins! And I really miss hanging out with Jodie every night after the kids were in bed. Promise me we'll do that again sometime, Jod!

How fun! I've missed your blog posts! :) Glad to see what you've been up to and that it was mostly fun. Hope the "sicks" leave you soon!
If that is your backyard I am totally jealous. How fun is that to be able to put 3 swings in one awesome tree.

The sickies haven't left us, yet, though. Clark has been running a fever for the past 2 days. But still just a fever, no other symptoms.
